Some friends and I ran an online community for photographers. We used Xenforo software to build a discussion forum and chose a theme for this that we could customise with the colour scheme that we’d decided upon.
My task was to set up a WordPress section of the site with a blog, a directory and various information pages. I chose the GeneratePress theme because it was easy to change the settings to co-ordinate with the forum. We all agreed on the appearance and layout of the site and I needed to be able to put our ideas into practice.
Here’s a screen shot of the forum to show you what I was aiming for. I needed to create a WordPress website that integrated with this:
